For many years we use PLC-based systems for controlling our weighing and dosing systems.

Our solutions operate as local systems on the sensor/actuator level.

Optionally we implement higher-level distributed systems independent of the installed local systems.


Small Systems

We implement single devices and small systems up to four components through C7 operator panels. This we can integrate into higher-level systems on proven process control systems (e.g. PROFIBUS, CAN-Bus, Interbus-S). By the use of special weighing processors the application may be extended to eight components.

Large-scale Systems

We build larger systems usually with Simatic S7 300/400 – on request we also use other PLC systems (e.g. Allen Bradley or Klöckner Moeller). As a result of the used bus systems the number of dosing components can be expanded.

Complete Plants

We implement your entire plant control from project planning to turnkey acceptance (Turnkey Solution).

Our biggest executed plants include approx. 2,500 I/O channels and 40 participating dosing components. An Industrial Ethernet (e.g. Siemens H1 bus) connects the physically separate plant areas. The various operating data acquisition systems are connected via software protocol (e.g. TCP / IP).

The system operation is done via
